Rocio (Rosie) D. Paulsen is Owner of Good Faith Insurance Services, which educates retirees on their Medicare choices and benefits. At Good Faith Insurance Services we will provide an honest and unbiased solution to your health insurance needs. She has been servicing the Medicare Population and the community since 2005. Prior to working in the Insurance industry Rocio worked for American Express Travel Services for 9 years. Rocio has received two awards for Best Performance as an employee: Pace Setter with American Express and Presidents Club with Humana.

In December 2009 Rocio founded the Pasco Hernando Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and is currently the President and Founder. The organization held its First Annual Banquet and Minority Business Expo in 2010 and both events were a success. As the Founder of PHHCC, Rocio has made sure the chamber gives back to the community and helps those that are in most need. The chamber holds food, baby shower, and back to school drives as well as community events like Miss Bella pageant.

Rocio holds monthly educational seminars on Medicare and its benefits. She writes a monthly article in “Gaceta Latina” the only Spanish newspaper in Pasco County. She is also a founding member and community Liaison of “La Liga Latina” a group of professionals that educate the community Rocio is married to her best friend Scott and has three children Tabatha, Steven and Krystle. She also assists her husband with the Youth Group at Branch of Christ Ministry call “No Limits”.
