The focus of this session will enable individuals to outline how they can rebrand from their present levels of performance and contribution to higher levels of capability and results. Through lecture, interactive exercises, behavioral assessments and action planning, we will explore the critical change factors that must be addressed in order to chart new paths in their business and personal directions. The National Hispanic Corporate Achievers and Baruch College, City University of New York, share a vision of diversity that brand leaders in any discussion about preparing for global market and global workplace. The Empowerment Forum program is a premier corporate educational experience which aligns strongly the development of Hispanic and other talents to lead and flourish in the global economy and provides advanced knowledge for business school students in specific areas to enhance their progress in corporate America. To expand on this and reach out to young aspiring professionals, NHCA has created the Junior National Achievers Program and is currently partnering with CUNY, NYC Pubilc Schools, and the Valenica Community College in Florida.
