National Hispanic Corporate Achievers is a not for profit corporation whose focus is to provide an educational forum for Hispanics in the Fortune 1000. We seek to promote the hiring, retention and promoting Hispanics in Corporate America.
Through our partnership with City University of New York, Baruch College we have established an on going relationship to further the understanding of Diversity issues that face Hispanics. Our Annual Hispanic Leadership Summit is designed to accomplish these goals.
Our Job Fair is created for participating companies to meet qualified candidates with a minimum educational background of Bachelor Degree in various business fields.
Our Seminar program is created to provide advanced knowledge for corporate executives and graduate students in specific areas that we have determined are leading subjects to enhance their progress in corporate America.
Our National Awards Gala, the premier celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month in the U.S.,has been created to highlight the Hispanic community’s leading Achievers in Corporate America and honor their accomplishments for the firms by which they are employed.
The Operating Board of NHCA (National Hispanic Corporate Achievers) meets monthly and includes committee members from top Fortune 500 companies who truly have an interest in being at the forward cutting edge of Diversity issues. This "Think Tank" discusses and reviews corporate policies for the enhancement of Fortune Companies on Diversity issues.
Our Quarterly Publication is an out reach mechanism designed to inform on current events, and educate corporate executives on major Diversity issues and review what other Fortune companies are doing to move their Diversity agenda forward.
