Orlando Florida is the fastest growing City in Florida and "the" new destination for Hispanics on the Eastern Seaboard. The Diversity Career Fairs are a vehicle to accomplish our Organization's Mission to promote the advancement of diversity in Corporate America by having employers to hire, promote and retain minorities, and also highlighting minority role models and sharing knowledge and best practices between corporations. Companies that join our career fairs become a member of our Organization and receive a plaque at our Annual Diversity Employers Awards Luncheon presented in October as a recognition to its efforts towards diversity.

- Two new tax benefits are now available to employers hiring workers who were previously unemployed or only working part time. (Hiring Incentives to Restore Employment (HIRE) Act). Employers who hire unemployed workers this year (after Feb. 3, 2010 and before Jan. 1, 2011) may qualify for a 6.2-percent payroll tax incentive.
