A QUARTER OF A CENTURY OF CREATING AWARENESS FOR HISPANIC EQUALITY AT THE CORPORATE LEVEL
For over 24 consecutive years, The National Corporate Achievers has served as the time and place for major corporations to gather and recognize the accomplishments of their top employee(s) of Hispanic descent. The most prestigious event program of its kind in the nation. The National Hispanic Corporate Achievers constructed bridges, where there were none---before, to create a consciousness of equality for Hispanics within the corporate structure.
By recognizing the achievements of Hispanics from all levels of the business world, it illustrates to our society that Hispanics are important to the growth of our nation and the companies for which they work. The setting for this awards program in the U. S. North is the renowned Waldorf-Astoria Hotel in New York City.
Our National Gala has expanded to a 3 day conference featuring hiring, through our Job Fair, and education through our seminar program for corporate executives. Our partnership with Baruch College in New York City putting into motion Diversity Initiatives at the Corporate level.
And in 2008 NHCA will launch a new publication
covering Diversity Issues.
